Insulating Concrete Formwork Association (ICFA)
Insulating Concrete Formwork Association (ICFA) was established in 1992 to promote the use of Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF) in the UK. Insulating Concrete Formwork (ICF) is an energy efficient building method which creates insulated structural walls for residential and commercial buildings. The role of the Association is to represent its members in providing a focal point for technical documentation, industry news and enquiries.
The Insulating Concrete Formwork Association has grown continuously since it was formed to promote the use of insulating concrete formwork in the UK construction industry. The ICFA has regular meetings at venues around the country.
Within the membership there is expertise from the concrete, plastics and chemical industries which has proven to be a great asset to the membership and their customers. The Association provides published work which is generic and could be used by all its members, and the Association will not show bias with regard to recommending a particular member.
