Monolith are manufacturers and suppliers of the innovative StonePlus™ andd BrickPlus™ ranges. Attain a traditional brick or stone finish and maintain British building heritage, whilst still utilising state-of-the-art building technologies.
The StonePlus™ range consists of high quality, fire retardant EPS coated in a top grade limestone mortar blend. Window sills, door surrounds, columns, cappings, pillars, copings, stringers, corbels, pediments, decorative features and many more. The lightweight construction means it is ideal for finishing any building.
StonePlus™ is made from a French lime mortar blend. It has the look, colour and texture of real stone but with an EPS core. It’s lightweight, easy to fit and can be tailored specifically to the requirements of your project; cold bridging is no longer an issue due to the EPS based production.
The StonePlus™ products are fitted using a strong polymer enhanced cement based adhesive especially formulated to bond EPS. In the diagrams you can see how easily the StonePlus™ profiles are fitted to any ICF substrate.
The BrickPlus™ system is uniquely designed to work with ICF construction. With EPS as it’s core material, the marriage between the system and projects that feature ICF, is a logical and clear one. The BrickPlus™ panels bring the beauty of natural brick to your project whilst adding to the thermal performance of your home.
The EPS panels come prepopulated with bricks and simply slot together making fitting quick and easy, delivering an install time 60% faster than traditional brick slip systems.
These unique EPS carriers eliminate cold bridging, ensuring the BrickPlus™ system is the external finish for all residential and commercial ICF projects of any size.
